Règlements sur les conditions de concession

Article 1 : OBJET

1.1 Le présent règlement s’applique au cimetière de Mont-Joli, au columbarium Notre-Dame et Ste-Bernadette, ainsi qu’à tout autre cimetière qui pourrait s’ajouter dans l’avenir

1.2 Le présent règlement régit les conditions de concession de sépulture, d’exhumation, d’entretien, et de reprise des lots et des niches. Il détermine les droits et obligations des concessionnaires et visiteurs et fixe les modalités applicables aux monuments, décorations, inscriptions et autres ouvrages placé et érigés sur les lots et niches.

Article 2 : DESTINATION

Le cimetière est le lieu sacré servant à la disposition des corps et des cendres des défunts conformément au rite chrétien.

Article 3 : DÉFINITION

Dans le présent règlement, à moins que le contexte n’indique un sens différent, on entend :

A) Fosse privée pour urnes :

Un terrain de 24 po X 48 po concédé par contrat de sépulture afin d’y déposer exclusivement, sous l’autorité du cimetière de Mont-Joli, les cendres d’un défunt (4 urnes seulement)

B) Cimetière :

Tous les emplacements funéraires, terrains, bâtiments et autres superficies foncières, chemins, allées, clôtures, haies, bordures, arbres, et arbustes sont la propriété de la Corporation du cimetière de Mont-Joli.

C) Columbarium :

Emplacement pour des niches cinéraires où sont conservées les cendres des personnes incinérées. Il peut être situé à l’intérieur d’un mausolée ou à l’extérieur dans le cimetière.

D) Corporation :

La Corporation du cimetière de Mont-Joli

E) Concession :

Le droit de sépulture dans un lot du cimetière, ou déposition des cendres dans un lot ou une niche cinéraire.

F) Concessionnaire :

Toute personne ou communauté qui possède, en vertu d’un contrat, une concession et en acquitte les frais, redevances et autres charges afférentes qui possède le droit de sépulture dans un lot, ou de disposition des cendres dans une niche cinéraire.

G) Conjoint :

La personne, peu importe son sexe, qui est mariée ou cohabite avec une autre personne.

H) Emplacement cinéraire :

Une case identifiée dans un columbarium destinée à recevoir une ou des urnes cinéraires.

I) Famille :

Désigne les descendants ou les ascendants en ligne direct du concessionnaire, le conjoint ou la conjointe, ainsi que les frères et s½urs dudit concessionnaire.

J) Lot :

Un terrain dont les dimensions sont déterminées par la Corporation du cimetière de Mont-Joli, et destiné à l’inhumation de personnes décédées ou des urnes cinéraires.

K) Ouvrage funéraire :

Tout monument, décoration, inscription et autres ouvrages à vocation funéraire réalisés par un concessionnaire, ou à sa demande, et destiné à commémorer le nom d’un défunt, à identifier ou orner la concession.

L) Règlements :

Le présent règlement adopté par le conseil d’administration de la Corporation du cimetière de Mont-Joli et approuvé par l’archevêque de Rimouski.

M) Sépulture :

Selon le contexte, et sous l’autorité de la Corporation, l’enfouissement, l’inhumation, la mise en niche de restes humains. ou dans toute autre structure ou construction.

N) Terrain commémoratif :

La partie du cimetière, en terre consacrée ou non, servant à l’inhumation des restes humains ou le dépôt des cendres qui ne sont pas inhumés ou déposés dans un emplacement funéraire et donc le droit de sépulture dans le cimetière de la Corporation est litigieux ou contesté, et aussi les restes humains non admissibles à une sépulture en terre consacrée. La fosse commémorative reçoit aussi les restes humains enlevés d’un emplacement funéraire dont le droit de concession est expiré ou abandonné.

Article 4 : RÈGLES D’INTERPRÉTATIONS

Les termes employés au singulier comprennent le pluriel et vice versa, ceux employés au masculin comprend le féminin et vice versa, et ceux s’appliquant aux personnes physiques s’entendent également pour les personnes morales.

Article 5 : APPLICATIONS

Les dispositions des présents règlements s’appliquent à tout concessionnaire présent ou futur de la Corporation du cimetière de Mont-Joli.

Article 6 : ADMINISTRATION DE LA CORPORATION DU CIMETIÈRE DE MONT-JOLI

Le conseil d’administration doit se composer du curé, et de 5 délégués laïcs dont un représentant de la fabrique Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes et du directeur du cimetière qui agira comme secrétaire sans droit de vote.

Le Cimetière de Mont-Joli est administré par la corporation du cimetière de Mont-Joli.

Les heures d’ouverture du bureau sont :

  • Lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 15h00
    • Fermer : 11h à 13h
    • Disponibilité sur Rendez-vous
Le Columbarium Notre-Dame: 
  • Du 1 Mai au 14 Septembre :
    • 8h30 à 20h00, 7 jours sur 7
  • Du 15 Septembre au 31 Octobre:
    • 8h30 à 16h00, 7 jours du 7
  • Du 1 Novembre au 30 Avril
    • 11h00 à 16h00, Samedi et Dimanche
